May-June 2025

We have been encouraged and blessed to have had several visitors in the last two months! In May, we had a young woman from Maine, the daughter of a pastor, come visit us. Our children enjoyed having a friend while we did evangelism. She was a tremendous help and clearly demonstrated a servant’s heart. Our people here welcomed her as one of the family and enjoyed getting to know her.

A mission team from Canada visited near the end of May with a goal of distributing over 20,000 tracts. We were thrilled to be involved and excited to see them surpass that goal. Our family had a wonderful time with Pastor Peter Kiriopoulos and the brethren from Montreal Bible Baptist Church, and we deeply appreciate the time and effort they invested in Thessaloniki. It was a special blessing to evangelize alongside brethren who could witness in Greek and truly connect with the people. Our church was encouraged by the messages they preached and enjoyed building relationships with them. We’re so thankful they chose to use their vacation to serve the Lord—may God receive all the glory!

In June, we were blessed to have some of our relatives visit and take part in the ministry here. My brother-in-law, Pastor Chris MacDonald, his wife Ashley, and two of their children joined us. He preached at our church, and our people loved getting to know them. More recently, Andraea’s dad and stepmom also visited. It was a joy to reconnect and share what the Lord is doing in Thessaloniki. We thank the Lord for the encouragement and support from the brethren!

Like many missionaries, we’re facing challenges with the paperwork required to remain in the country where God has called us to serve. Our visa expired in March, and we are still waiting for our residency permits to be approved. Recent law changes have made it harder to operate a ministry here, and our lawyers are uncertain about the outcome. We are placing the situation in the Lord’s hands and ask for your prayers as we wait on His direction. Thank you in advance for praying, and we will keep you updated as we get the results.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support! May the Lord find us faithful in the field as we look for His soon return!
