We praise the Lord for His blessings and protection as we have now been here a year as of July! Our family traveled to Bulgaria for a couple days during the first week of July and had the privilege of being part of the Kesslers midweek service as well as helping them distribute John & Romans in a small village close to our border. It was an encouragement to worship with the brethren there and see what God is doing in that ministry. The missionaries throughout Bulgaria are doing an amazing job covering the whole country with the John & …

We have been encouraged and blessed to have had several visitors in the last two months! In May, we had a young woman from Maine, the daughter of a pastor, come visit us. Our children enjoyed having a friend while we did evangelism. She was a tremendous help and clearly demonstrated a servant’s heart. Our people here welcomed her as one of the family and enjoyed getting to know her. A mission team from Canada visited near the end of May with a goal of distributing over 20,000 tracts. We were thrilled to be involved and excited to see them …

The MinistryWe were encouraged to have several visitors come to the church recently! One of the men who came a couple of times seemed to be searching for the truth, but he turned out to be more interested in what he could get physically—not spiritually. Sadly, that is the situation for many of the people here who are living on the streets. It has definitely been a learning experience as we continue to reach out to the various types of people here. Another man in his late 40s came a couple weeks ago and professed to be saved. He said …

The last two months have been filled with many blessings in the ministry here. It’s been wonderful to be able to speak more Greek, sing in it, and understand so much more! We praise the Lord for His help in retaining what we have learned so far! We have had several visitors in church as a result of the weekly street ministry. Our first visitor was a man named Kiriakos (possibly in his 50s) that was simply curious about the church but claimed he was Greek Orthodox. He stayed for both services that Sunday and seemed attentive but mentioned that …

We hope and pray this letter finds you well and enjoying the blessings of our Lord! It has been amazing to look back on 2024 and see the Lord’s hand guiding us through each step as we prepared for Greece. I praise the Lord and still find it miraculous that we were able to arrive here in July after six months of deputation. We were just starting to hit the road for meetings during this time last year! Praise the Lord! Our family enjoyed having visitors recently and doing ministry together! It was a privilege to have Bro. James Childress …

Public MinistryThe Lord continues to answer our prayers and give us many opportunities to reach the lost here each week. Since there are religious restrictions in this country, it is always a blessing to find new ways to reach the people. One such approach was used when our family stood at several street corners where a university is located. As the students left the campus we would offer them tracts and try to witness to them. One young man(Constantinos)talked to us for over two hours as he tried to defend the Greek Orthodox religion. He seemed to know a lot …

Dear Brethren, What a blessing to see the Lord work in our lives and answer so many prayers! Thank you all for praying for us as we began looking for a house and vehicle here in Greece. The Lord provided us with a wonderful home to rent, and we are now settled in. Also, we had been waiting and praying to find a used van that would accommodate our family. The Lord had the house and van come together in the same week! It really is amazing to think how all this has fit together so well… since it’s not …
July 2024 – We Arrived in Greece!
Dear Brethren, We arrived to Thessaloniki, Greece, last Tuesday night and are settled into an Airbnb until we find something more permanent! Thank you for your prayers concerning the trip. Everything went very smoothly, and we did not lose one piece of luggage along the way! Although it was tricky navigating the Atlanta airport, we were able to get all our stuff checked in on time and meet our flight. The lady that owns the Airbnb (who is a professing Christian named Alketa) met us at the airport here, and we began the process of transporting our luggage and family …

We praise the Lord for His goodness and blessings in our lives! Thank you all for praying for our paperwork that was submitted to the Greek consulate. The application process for our Greek visas started off pretty rough, but after 3 visits to Atlanta so we could fulfill their requirements they were actually approved in 1 day! Praise the Lord!!!!!!! While we were working on the visas, we were able to visit several new churches and increase our support for the ministry in Greece. We thank the Lord for His provision and we are excited to close out our deputation! …

What a joy and privilege to serve the Lord as we travel the US. We have been blessed with many opportunities to witness to the lost in the hotels, restaurants, and gas stations along the way. Also, we have enjoyed serving with many brethren on visitation, nursing homes, and public evangelism. Praise the Lord for Bible believers that are still out seeking the lost each week! We have traveled so many miles in the last two months and continually thank the Lord for His safety. It has truly been a special blessing to meet sweet brethren and form new friendships …
